A repurposed glasshouse was delivered and installed for the University of Sussex. The structure was equipped with a pullwire screen system, LED lights, ventilation, heating and custom-built control panels that can be used for careful regulation over the glasshouse’s environment.

Greenhouse Structure: Venlo greenhouse, AP/HI steel gutter, toughened glass fitted on roof and external walls, 4m bays, 4m trellis, 3m post height
Horizontal Screens: Pullwire shade screen system
Ventilation System: Triple pane ventilation roof windows with 415v vent motors, Vosterman wall fan
Benching: 2 static benches 0.80m by 9.7m, 1 central rolling bench 1.40m by 7.85m
Heating: 2kw finned tubular electric heaters fitted under the 3 benches
LED Lighting: Kroptek Hikrop 120W LED grow lights
Electrics: Weatherproof single switched sockets fitted on either side of the Greenhouse for control panel use
Controls: Custom-built control panels, trunking/tray containment system, Tomtech T100 centralised environmental controller
