A repurposed glasshouse was delivered and installed for Sharief healthcare. The structure was equipped with a pullwire screen system, lighting, ventilation, irrigation, heating and custom-built control systems that can be used for careful regulation over their growing environments.
Bridge Greenhouses incorporated new and recycled materials to offer Sharief Healthcare added benefits of a more sustainable and cost-effective greenhouse installation.

Use: Production of vegetables & fruits
Greenhouse Structure: Freestanding Venlo greenhouse divided into two zones. Galvanised steel structure and gutters. 4x aluminium sliding doors
Foundation comprise Zeus precast concrete wall panels & dollies
Screens: Horizontal thermal pullwire screen system independently controlled to 2 growing areas
Ventilation: Standard roof ventilation configuration with 3 pane vents to both sides of the ridge, independently controlled to 2 growing areas
Lighting: Kroptek Sunstream MkII 400w LED grow light fittings are installed to part of the glasshouse
Heating: 3x Powrmatic warm air cabinet heaters are installed to provide heating to the 2 growing areas
Irrigation: Irrigation system comprising Overhead spray lines to the 2 growing areas, fed from an external rainwater storage tank via a Calpeda speed controlled irrigation pump
Electrics and systems: A Tomtech T100 environmental control system is installed to control heating, ventilation, screens & irrigation & LED grow lights.
Wiring of all installed equipment c/w Bridge custom built control panels was included.
